  • Raw Milk May Pose Health Risk
    U.S. consumers are seeing more “raw” milk and raw milk products in stores and specialty shops, but federal health agencies say pasteurized products are safer. Studies show countries where pasteurization is less common that it is in the United States have more frequent outbreaks of foodborne illness attributed to milk and milk products.
